010 My Top 10 Lessons from 2022

Hello gorgeous - WELP this episode has been quite the challenge trying to get out into the world!  I suspect the enemy does not want FREEDOM when it comes to some of the things I share, yet friend, 2022 was a BIG year for growth and learning, amiright?!!
In this episode, I share my TOP 10 Lessons from 2022 and honestly - the BIG theme is FINALLY learning how to be healthy in the things I choose the do, the relationships that I have, and in how I honor myself.  It has not been easy - it's been downright HARD - but I'm here for it because I KNOW God has my back.

009 My 3 Step Strategy for Finding Your Word of the Year

Merry Christmas my sweet sister!  I hope you had a blessed time with friends & family creating special memories!!  Well - this week I have a TREAT for you!  I'm sharing what God placed on my heart as my WOTY for 2023 and also breaking down my 3 step strategy for finding YOURS!  I have been utilizing this practice for years and it's become such a life changer for me.  Finding my WOTY has helped me to gain clarity & focus on what God has for me in this season and I'm super excited to share my process with you.
In this episode I share my own experience with learning to 'let go of the reigns', keep my eyes focused on HIM, and walk forward in #obedience.  It's my hope and prayer that through this 3 step strategy, you too will gain clarity & direction for what He has for YOU.  And through that clarity, your 2023 will be blessed beyond measure!

Hey hey my friend!  This week's episode is another SHINE Spotlight conversation and I am so excited to bring you this conversation with my friend and fellow entrepreneur Kristen Van Horn.  Kristen and I met a while back working with the same business coach and have navigated this journey together.  I wanted to share Kristen's story because I want Christian women to see that when we follow God's call to fulfill our purpose, it's rarely a straight line.  Kristen shares her journey where she continues to say YES to the next thing He calls her to, and then the next thing.  It's an evolution of continuing to follow we He leads and it's such a beautiful thing!!

006 Top 10 Ways to Hear from God

Hey Hey friend!!  Happy December!  On this week's pod, I'm sharing my Top 10 Ways to Hear from God!  I feel like this is something we struggle with as christian women as we often question if we are 'hearing correctly' or whether it's from God or just something we thought up ourselves.  We often over complicate the matter (ahem - we tend to over complicate a LOT of things) or dismiss something we think we may have heard.  The fact of the matter is:  there is NOT a shortage of messages from God.  He speaks to us every where and ALL the time - yet we allow our hearts to be distracted and miss what it is that He is trying to share with us.  Well - the GOOD NEWS is that I'm sharing 10 strategies for how we can quiet the noise and tune IN to hear what He has to say to us -- because sister, what He has to say is EVERYTHING!!!!

Sister - In this episode I call out the key ways we hide as women based on the LIES we tell ourselves and how we can then replace those lies with the TRUTH.  I have seen FAR too many women struggle to step into where God is calling them - whether it's in the boardroom or to ministry - because they struggle to OWN how He has designed them.  It's got to stop.  THIS is the time for women to rise.  Not on our own accord or to pursue power - but to do the work He has called us to do for HIS glory.
