She's BACK!!!!
Well hey hey Momma! Season TWO is officially kicking off and I am SO excited!! Season 2 is ALL about helping us as Empty Nester Momma's to transition into this new season and into all that God has for us! To kick off things off, I'm sharing my SIX strategies (+ 1 bonus strategy) that I've been practicing myself in this new season as an empty nest momma. The things I have been doing to help me get healthy from the inside out and step into all that God has for me!! I hope that there is at least ONE things that resonates and that you will try too!
